Shipping
- We dispatch Mondays to Wednesdays weekly.
- Your order parcel(s) will ship with full replacement insurance.
- Freight is free on orders over $750 otherwise freight charge is $14.97.
- Dispatched orders will be bound for the NZCouriers depot nearest to your residence.
- Dunedinites please book a time to pickup your parcel from our offices or we can send to Dunedin courier depot and you can retrieve from there.
- We email you tracking when your order ships so you can monitor your parcel movements.
- Tracking status sometimes does not show that the courier scanned on recipient end, so best to either call them to check on parcel before you go there or just stop by next day after it ships to retrieve it.
- Your ID and signature are required for the parcel when you retrieve it from the courier depot.
- If you do not pickup the parcel within three days, the courier will ship it back to us and you will incur costs associated with re-handling the order.
- Parcel may ship directly from one of our suppliers; and if so, the supplier will ring you ahead of time to arrange delivery day and provide tracking.
- We make no guarantees as to how many days it takes to ship your parcel to you, but endeavour to ship as fast as possible considering variables such as government restrictions, number of orders in dispatch queue, items on back-order, courier pickup and delivery schedules and delays, etc. Dispatch queue is now running between 1 to 6 business days for in-stock items. No shipping occurs during the period from December 15 until January 15th annually due to disruption of the global supply chain and other variables.
