Payments

You may pay by POLI for orders under $10,000. Just fill your shopping cart and checkout with “POLI” option. You will be presented with a screen that allows you to enter your banking username and password and pay immediately.
You may also pay by setting us up as a payee with your online banking app. Just fill your shopping cart and checkout with “online banking” option. Our bank account number will be provided to you after your order is placed. Payment due within 1 business day.
You may pay by EFTPOS in our Dunedin shop only.
Due to strict New Zealand anti-money laundering regulations, we do not accept cash under any circumstances.
All payments over $10k must be accompanied by a screenshot of payment success screen within the business day or outside business hours within 1 hour of your order placement or order may be cancelled
Order cancellation may be costly to you, so please be sure to make your payment according to instructions. See Clause 1.4 here about: Market Loss Policy
